Champion Advocates LLC will address Aging Independence for Rural Lifestyles at the Healy Senior Center’s ongoing series to enhance wellness within the community, “Coffee & Conversation” on Wednesday, September 15 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.


We will share insights and strategies for family caregivers and aging adults to meet goals for maximum independence and maintain a preferred lifestyle through the aging process.

Champion Advocates LLC offers comprehensive supportive services to family caregivers of aging parents and/or of adults with disabilities. We provide a broad range of technical expertise and assistance, effective advocacy, long term care planning and family caregiver coaching.

Serving family caregivers with a compassionate team approach to non-clinical care/case management, we actively create the pathways to help families live out the greater promise of their lives.

“The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” also known as health care reform, became law on March 23, 2010. How will this law will affect you if you are over 55, retired or planning to retire, and/or have Medicare? Anne Conrad-Antoville will provide a presentation and answer your questions about health care reform.

Anne Conrad-Antoville is co-owner of Champion Advocates LLC, a local business providing comprehensive care/case management services to seniors, adults with disabilities and their family caregivers.

Anne is a recognized Medicare expert who has provided hundreds of health insurance, long term care insurance and Medicare presentations throughout Humboldt and Del Norte Counties. She is a recipient of the California Health Advocates Peer Achievement Award and the Humboldt County Public Health Hero Award.
